 How to Apply for a Rental


It's as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Find a Home
    Browse our available long-term rentals across Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island using the View Rentals page.

  2. Apply Online
    Click “Apply Now” on any listing to submit your application, upload documents, and pay the application fee.

  3. Get Approved & Move In
    We’ll review your info, finalize the lease, and send your move-in instructions.

Tenant Support & Maintenance


We are committed to
keeping the property you're renting in good condition. That means staying on top of small issues before they become big ones and working with property owners to plan for long-term maintenance.

  • Submit a maintenance request anytime through the Tenant Portal
  • For urgent after-hours issues, call the emergency number listed in your lease
  • We aim to respond to non-urgent requests within 48 hours


We also conduct
regular routine inspections to catch maintenance issues early and keep your home in excellent shape. If something feels off, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

Pet Policy


We understand that pets are family. Many of our homes are
pet-friendly, but policies vary.


Here’s what you need to know:

  • A pet deposit or fee may apply
  • Some properties have breed or size restrictions
  • A signed pet addendum is required before moving in


Check the property listing for pet eligibility or contact us with any questions.


Moving In or Out? We’ve Got You Covered


✅ Before You Move In:

  • Confirm your move-in date and key pickup details
  • Complete all required documents and payments via the portal


✅ When It’s Time to Move Out:

  • Provide notice per your lease (usually 30 days)
  • Schedule your move-out inspection
  • Return all keys, remotes, and access items
  • Your security deposit refund will be processed according to lease terms
