Here’s what you can expect:

✔ Assigned Property Manager

Each property is assigned a dedicated manager who performs on-site inspections at agreed-upon intervals. After each visit, we prepare a written report for your property file.

✔ Service Coordination & Oversight

We work with a handpicked group of trusted, licensed service providers. We:

Coordinate scheduled services (cleaning, pest control, yard care, etc.)
Review and confirm completed work for quality assurance
Follow your instructions on how to handle any issues that arise

✔ Bill Payments (Optional)

We can handle monthly payments for:

Utilities (electric, water, internet)
Landscaping or pool maintenance
Housekeeping or pest control

✔ Pre-Arrival Prep

With at least two weeks’ notice, we can prepare your home before your arrival:
