Caretaking Program
For owners who prefer to keep their property vacant and available for their use at any time, we have developed a caretaking program tailored for Hawaii properties. This program is also ideal for owners who have listed their property for sale and want to keep it in good condition for showings.
Here’s how it works:
- Properties in our caretaking program are assigned to a professional manager who conducts on-site inspections at agreed-upon intervals and prepares a written report which is kept in your property file. Any problems that come up are handled by your property manager according to your instructions.
- We work with a carefully chosen group of service providers who are dependable and well qualified. We check all service work that is done at your property and make sure it’s done well.
- In addition, we pay monthly utility, pest control, house cleaning, yard service and similar bills on your behalf unless you prefer to do so yourself.
- When you plan to visit, we can arrange to have your island home cleaned and ready for your arrival with two weeks’ advance notice.
